IX. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy is governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

X. ARBITRATION

If any dispute arises amongst the parties hereto during the subsistence of this Policy or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Policy or regarding a question, the parties shall endeavor to settle such dispute amicably through mediation. In the case of failure by the parties to resolve the dispute in the manner set out above within 30 (thirty) days from the date when the dispute arose, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The place of arbitration shall be Bengaluru. The arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time), and shall be conducted in the English language. The provisions of this clause shall survive the termination of this Policy.
